Kaabo Mantis 8 Plus combines power, comfort and safety in a slim and foldable design - perfect for those looking for a fast, robust and reliable electric scooter for both everyday commuting and leisure. With dual engines, suspension both front and rear as well as blinkers and powerful lighting, it is ready for both city streets and dirt roads.

Dual motors for strong performance.

The Mantis 8 Plus is equipped with two brushless motors of 800W each, which gives a total nominal power of 1600W. The top speed is 50 km/h and the electric scooter can handle up to a 30° incline - perfect for those who commute in hilly areas or want fast acceleration. Whether you're driving around town or off-road, the power is always there.

Range and battery for the whole day.

The built-in 48V 24.5Ah battery gives you up to 80 km range on one charge. Perfect for longer day trips or commuting without having to charge every night. The charging time is around 7-9 hours, which means you can easily charge overnight and wake up to a fully charged vehicle.

Hydraulic brakes and E-ABS for maximum safety.

Safety is top class thanks to double hydraulic disc brakes and an electronic braking system (E-ABS). This means that even a light braking helps to reduce the engine load and shorten the braking distance - while protecting the engine from unnecessary wear. This combination gives you precise control, especially at high speeds or during sudden stops.

Smooth suspension for uneven ground.

With double suspension arms and spring shock absorbers both front and rear, the Mantis 8 Plus handles uneven surfaces without a problem. The compliant damping provides a smooth and stable driving experience, even on gravel roads, curbs and potholes in the road. You simply get a more comfortable and safer way to get around - regardless of the surface.

Stability and grip with 8-inch pneumatic tires.

The pneumatic 8-inch tires provide excellent grip and better cornering ability, especially in urban environments where quick turns and stability are essential. The tires are not puncture-free but provide a smoother and more controlled driving feeling than solid tires.

Lighting and blinkers for increased visibility.

Mantis 8 Plus is equipped with front and rear lights as well as lights along the deck for increased visibility in the dark. In addition, it has turn signals for left and right, which makes it easier to signal when turning in traffic - an unusual but much appreciated feature on electric scooters.

LCD display with full overview.

The smart LCD display shows everything you need: battery level, speed, trip meter, gear positions, total mileage (ODO), fault codes, light control and more. You always have full control of your driving, and can easily adjust settings even on the fly.

Foldable and easy to carry.

Thanks to the foldable design, you can easily take the Mantis 8 Plus with you on the train, store it in the car or roll it into the office. Despite weighing 27.8 kg, it is balanced and easy to handle – especially for an electric scooter with such high performance.

Free shipping: Applies to orders over SEK 699 throughout Sweden.

Shipping cost: For orders under SEK 699, a shipping fee of SEK 69 is added.

Delivery times

All products: Delivery time is 5–10 working days.

Special orders: For special orders made via email, such as spare parts, a delivery time of up to 20 working days applies.

PO box or home delivery

• For larger products such as electric scooters and e-bikes we offer always home delivery directly to your door, completely free of charge.
• In case of home delivery of electric scooters or e-bikes, it is the customer's responsibility to be available at the specified address during the delivery time. The shipping company will contact you in advance to book an appointment.
• If you instead wish to collect your package via an agent, you need to contact the shipping company in question to make this change.
• For deliveries via Postnord, if the consignment note does not fit in the letterbox, it is placed by your door or in a bag outside your letterbox.

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with no more than 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power - which means that the electric scooter can temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.

If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with more than 250 W nominal power, different rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and thereafter Moped class I. There are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.

Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered as Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped Class I, an AM license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for bicycle, moped class I or II it gets it not to be used on public roads.

Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist the pedaling up to 25 km/h. This means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bicycle must also be pedaled for the motor to work - so it must not drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.

Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, mandatory registration, driver's license and insurance.

We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under the age of 15, although it is not mandatory.
